Zimbabwe launches National AI Strategy
The Government of Zimbabwe has unveiled its national artificial intelligence strategy, marking an important milestone in the country's drive to harness new technologies for national development.
The national strategy aims to use artificial intelligence to improve key sectors of the economy, such as healthcare, agriculture, education, and access to financial services.
AI should help develop tools that will expand rural access to health care, simplify access to additional financing for entrepreneurs, provide farmers with new technologies, and improve children's learning outcomes.
