World Cocoa Foundation Forum to be held in Ghana

The World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) and the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) have announced that a global partners meeting will be held in Accra from March 16 to 19, 2027, attended by about 500 delegates from 38 countries.
Ghana invites producers, traders and investors to discuss the challenges and prospects of the industry, including climate change, crop diseases, low incomes for farmers, security of supply and the long-term sustainability of the global cocoa economy.
Ghana is the second largest cocoa producer in Africa. In total, about 50 million people work in the cocoa industry worldwide, and the annual cost of products is more than $100 billion.
