Tunisia has produced the first pregnancy test

 

 

Production has been launched in Tunisia at the Nippomed joint Japanese-Tunisian enterprise. The company has started producing medical diagnostic tests, including tests for pregnant women.

 

The diagnostic test manufacturing plant was built in accordance with an agreement signed between Japan's G-Cube and Tunisia's UNIMED in 2022. The project aims to transfer technology and strengthen Tunisia's biomedical industry.
