Thousands of new jobs were created in Mali

The Minister of Entrepreneurship, Employment and Vocational Training, Oumou Sall Seck, reported that more than 69,000 new jobs were created in Mali in 2025.
According to statistics, 69,298 new jobs were created in the country last year, and 3,795 jobs were cut. Thus, 65,503 new jobs were added in Mali over the year, which is almost 5,000 more than in 2024. This figure is the highest in the last five years.
40,566 jobs (59%) were created in the public sector, while 28,732 jobs (41%) were created in the private sector.
