Sudan to build new water infrastructure
The Ministry of Finance of Sudan has signed an agreement with the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) on the implementation of several projects in the field of water supply.
To improve public access to quality water, a new 10,000 cubic meter water supply station, sewage treatment plants, power lines and a new water supply system will be built in the Red Sea State. The total cost of the projects is estimated at $ 41 million.
