Senegal increased its oil exports by 3 times

According to the National Agency for Statistics and Demography, Senegal's crude oil exports totaled 1,528 billion CFA francs (about $2.7 billion) in 2025, up from 464.6 billion CFA francs ($810 million) in 2024.

Thanks to the Sangomar offshore field, which began production in June 2024, the country's total exports reached 5,805.6 billion CFA francs (approximately $10.2 billion), an increase of 48.5% over the year.
