New flower packaging introduced in Kenya
An innovative flower box was presented at the 2026 International Flower Trade Fair in Nairobi, which will allow them to be preserved in their original form during transportation.
The Cargolite system has a reinforced structure with polypropylene support frames that can withstand the load regardless of the box walls.
Packaging is produced in a Kenyan facility, creating jobs and supporting the domestic industry while strengthening one of Kenya's most valuable export sectors.
