Africa is the 2nd continent on Earth in area with a great amount of natural resources.  There are more than 50 countries with fast growing economies and 1.5 bln population here. Africa today offers big opportunities for business and investment.

Mauritius is the happiest country in Africa

 

 

Mauritius is recognized as the happiest country in Africa in 2026.

 

In the World Happiness Report 2026, based on data from 2023-2025, Mauritius ranks first in Africa and 73rd in the world.

 

The top 100 also includes such African States as Libya (81), Algeria (83), Mozambique (93), Gabon (96), Côte d'Ivoire (98) and Cameroon (100).

 

Globally, the top three countries are the Nordic countries – Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
