International companies increased oil supplies to Nigeria

International oil companies increased crude oil supplies to Nigeria's refineries by 103.4% in the first 4 months of 2006, from 8.83 million barrels in January to 17.96 million barrels in April.
The sharp increase in crude oil supplies to Nigeria's refineries reflects improved cooperation between producing companies, regulators, and refiners. In addition, this is due to the tense situation between Iran and the United States of America.
