High-speed Internet access has been provided to rural schools in Namibia

Telecom Namibia, in partnership with the Ministry of Education of Namibia, has connected 21 schools in the western Kavango region to reliable high-speed Internet.
Over the next five years, every school will use broadband with speeds of at least 25 Mbps, which will provide students and teachers with the digital tools necessary for modern education.
The Ministry of Education of Namibia systematically provides high-speed Internet not only to urban but also rural schools in the country, realizing that the development of modern high-quality education is impossible without the use of modern technologies.
