Ghana's delivery services are being transferred to a single platform
March 31, 2026, is the last day for all delivery and logistics operators to register on the iCOLMS-GH unified digital platform. Those who fail to register will be prohibited from operating in Ghana from April 1.
iCOLMS-GH (Integrated Courier and Logistics Management System – Ghana) was launched on March 12, 2026, by the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation. It is a digital platform for regulating courier, logistics, and delivery services, enabling online registration, licensing, renewal, and compliance verification.
iCOLMS-GH integrates with national digital infrastructure such as the Ghana Government and the National Identification Authority, enhancing transparency and traceability and allowing consumers to verify the regulatory status of service providers.
According to Statista, the e-commerce market in Ghana is projected to reach $2.64 billion by 2030.
