Ghana promotes digital technologies in agriculture

Ghana has opened an Agrotechnology Center in Timbuktu to promote digital innovation in agriculture.
The Agrotechnological center unites IT specialists, investors and large agricultural producers. In addition, the center cooperates with partners such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), 500 Global and Seedstars.
The main goal of the Agrotechnological Center is to increase agricultural productivity and efficiency using modern tools such as mobile platforms, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure.
The participation of large companies and investors in the work of the center made it possible to ensure stable financing of startups and the widespread use of new technologies in practice.
