Four power plants will be built in Morocco
The Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN) has signed a contract with the French construction group Eiffel for the design and construction of four solar power plants in Morocco.
According to the Moroccan Ministry of Energy, these projects will contribute to achieving the kingdom's goal of producing more than 52% of its energy from renewable energy sources by 2030.
The Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy is a Moroccan state–owned company responsible for the development and implementation of national policies in the field of renewable energy sources, including solar, wind and hydropower.
