Egypt to issue $3 billion in bonds

Egypt plans to raise $3 billion through the issuance of international bonds in the 2026-27 fiscal year, given the high demand from global investors.
Depending on investor demand and market conditions, traditional and innovative bonds, as well as "Panda" bonds with loan guarantees, will be issued.
In the fiscal year 2025-26, the Egyptian Ministry of Finance raised $4 billion through four bond issues with an average maturity of two to six years.
