Egypt launches robot factory
Raedbots started its operations in Egypt as a local manufacturer of industrial robots, focusing on the growing demand for automation in factories and warehouses.
Founded in 2026 by Mohammed Ibrahim and Hamza El-Sahiti, the company develops artificial intelligence-based robotic systems for welding, material handling, and warehouse automation.
The development of domestic robotics is an important step for Egypt towards achieving broader goals of industrialization and digital transformation. It also creates opportunities to gain technical expertise and reduce dependence on foreign technology suppliers.
