An international hotel chain will build a hotel in Zimbabwe

The American Hilton hotel Group announced at the Zimbabwean Real Estate Forum that it has signed an agreement with developer Terrace Africa to build a 140-room Hilton Garden Inn in Harare. It will be the first hotel of the world-famous hotel chain in Zimbabwe.
According to Carlos Hnaisser, Hilton's director of development for the Middle East and Africa, the hotel, which is planned to be built in the Highlands area, about 20 kilometers from the international airport, is scheduled to open in early 2029.
The hotel will offer facilities such as a 24-hour restaurant with a terrace, a lobby cafe and bar, conference rooms, a gym and a swimming pool with a terrace, which will allow guests to work, meet, dine and relax on site.
The global hotel company currently has more than 70 operating hotels and more than 100 buildings under construction, half of which are located in sub-Saharan Africa.
