Algeria will produce more than 1 million barrels of oil per day

According to Algeria's Ministry of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies, Algeria will increase oil production by 6,000 barrels per day and reach 1,007 million barrels per day in September 2026.
The increase followed a decision by seven OPEC+ countries, including Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Oman and Russia, to raise their combined output by 188,000 barrels per day, as part of the gradual unwinding of voluntary cuts in place since April 2023.
