Algeria and Mozambique discussed the construction of a power plant
The Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energy of Algeria discussed with the delegation of Mozambique a project for the construction of a 1,000 MW power plant based on Algerian technical and industrial experience.
The initiative is aimed at increasing Mozambique's electricity generation capacity. The new power plant could not only meet the electricity needs of its citizens and businesses, but also export it to neighboring countries, contributing to regional energy integration and economic development.
