AFRICA CONSULTING is an international team of professionals in the field of economics and law, who have been working in Africa for many years. The company is headquartered in Uganda. We provide business support in African countries, real estate transactions, recruitment, services for translating texts from Russian into African and vice versa, organize tourist trips, business missions and events of any level.

The President of AFRICA CONSULTING is Stanislav Mezentsev. He graduated from the Military Institute of Foreign Languages and the Military-Diplomatic Academy, worked for more than 30 years in various military-diplomatic positions in a number of African countries. Speaks Amharic, Arabic, English and French.
VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President of AFRICA CONSULTING is Vladimir Lishchuk. As a member of the Agricultural Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Executive Director of the National Association of Wholesale Distribution Centers, he pays special attention to cooperation with African countries in the agricultural sector.

Pavel Tsarev is the CEO of AFRICA CONSULTING. He graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and completed postgraduate studies at the UNN Institute of International Relations. He has been studying Africa for more than 20 years. Languages: English and Arabic.

The Technical Director of AFRICA CONSULTING is Vusal Sadikhov. Speaker at the Moscow Business Academy (MBA), attache-diplomat of the Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), former member of the Committee of the Young Conservative Party of Great Britain for Northwest England, Chief Operating Officer of two IT companies.
