Africa is the 2nd continent on Earth in area with a great amount of natural resources.  There are more than 50 countries with fast growing economies and 1.5 bln population here. Africa today offers big opportunities for business and investment.

A major gold mining project has been launched in Ethiopia

 

 

The Tulu Kapi gold mining project, located in the Wollega zone in the Oromia region, has received $340 million in financing.

 

The project, located about 360 kilometers west of Addis Ababa, is expected to produce about 164,000 ounces of gold per year.

 

Commercial production is planned for 2027.
